Stopped working

Mine had stopped working about a week ago. Been calling and calling. They had been sending updates and its still not working. Now they want me to mail it to them so they can try to fix it.
Save your money. It used to work fine until they keep updating something. Now its costing me more money to send it in and paying to be monitored and it dont work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
